Situated in Airport City, Accra, Capital Place Office Complex encompasses 3 stand-alone multi-storey office buildings uniquely designed with peak functionality, access and visibility. The buildings, which cover a total area of 5,400sqm, can house single tenants or be subdivided for multi-tenant use. All buildings have access to a dedicated shade net parking on ground level, with two of the properties sharing basement parking, as well areas allocated for services and infrastructure. Tenants of Capital Place enjoy excellent access to KIA, banks, Airport City and the CBD.

OFFICE BLOCKS

Block A is a three story (Ground + 2) office block with a central circulation core allowing for multiple tenants to occupy the building.
